By accessing, registering on, or using the juanph platform — whether through the website at juanph.net or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the juanph platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person who interacts with juanph's services in any capacity. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the juanph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. juanph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify juanph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• juanph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

juanph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from juanph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

juanph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your juanph account within minutes of successful processing. juanph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to review for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. juanph aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval.

• juanph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction.
• Funds deposited into your juanph account may not earn interest.
• juanph is not a bank and your account balance is not a deposit in the banking sense.
• In the event of account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

juanph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• juanph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. juanph is not responsible for errors made by players when placing bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juanph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the juanph platform — including but not limited to the juanph name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of juanph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the juanph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any juanph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on juanph content.
• Use juanph's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juanph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond juanph's control.

juanph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juanph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juanph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

You may close your juanph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework applies to the operation of juanph where applicable.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the juanph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, juanph's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. To initiate a dispute, contact our support team with full details of the issue within fourteen (14) days of the event in question.

juanph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, juanph will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the juanph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the juanph platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
